What you are agreeing to

• Panda Eats takes 7% of every paid online order, and of every meal-plan week paid online, unless we have agreed a different rate with you in writing. If you refund a customer later, Panda Eats keeps that fee.
• Your restaurant is the seller of record on every order. The customer is buying from you and paying you, not Panda Eats.
• As the seller, you cover the card processing fees, and any chargeback a customer raises comes out of your money. Panda Eats does not cover either one.
